When we stay riveted to one perspective, one way of moving, one way of living, we can feel confined, uncomfortable, restricted and unhappy.
Fortunately, we do have options but we must become aware of them...and then we can choose what fits best and feels best. It is a journey through muscle, movement, and perspective. We can be and feel stronger, move with greater power and ease, and, through this journey, learn to trust and feel more grounded in body and self.
My work with clients includes fitness/strength training, muscle/movement awareness, and mobility and flexibility improvement. Through wellness coaching, we can explore behavior change along with the belief systems that limit your perception of options and how to gradually shift these.
